Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is more towards enabling our complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided under trekking, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation procedures. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying any trekking packages online/offline, it provides all the details about the services or the activity packages you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their booking for the treks booked and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link. It will be received and investigated in required period of time before activity commencement.

  • If cancellations are made 48 hours before the trip starts, 10% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations fees.
  • If cancellations are made 24 hours before the trips starts, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations fees.
  • No Refund if cancelled on the same day of the trip (No show)

We will try our best to create the suitable treks planning with trained guides and support team. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our trekking we can seek for feedback for improvising the services provided for any available activities.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account
